33歳よりブラジリアン柔術を始めました。格闘技など何もした事のない、ただの初心者です。
昔から格闘技は好きで時々見ていましたが、「やってみたい」と無謀な願望が沸いてきました。
日頃から体力の衰えを痛感していることもあり、身体を動かして体力をつけるなら好きな事がいいかな～と思い、ブラジリアン柔術の道場に通い始めました。
このブログは自分の成長を綴った日記です。自分のモチベーションアップにつなげるつもりで書き続けていきます。

こんばんわ。
ブラジリアン柔術の練習に行ってまいりました。
練習内容としては、基礎体力をつけるための腹筋を使ったトレーニング。
ウォーミングアップとしてやりましたが、すでに息がきれます。
さすが30代。
次にドリル。
今日は基礎的なものが多かったです。
道場に行く前にいつもブラジリアン柔術のDVDを見ていきますが、その中で何回も見た内容をしました。
ヒップスローや腕十字などなど、たくさんの技を教えていただき、DVDではなく身体で体験する事ができました。
そしてスパーリング。
今日は4本のみ。
今日の参加者は全て大型選手ばかり。
上に乗られるとそれだけで、ウエーとなる方ばかりです。色々は帯色の方がいました。
いつもどおり一本をとられまくりですが、その中でも丁寧に教えてもらいながらできましたので、
また少し対応方法が身についたと思われます。
今日道場に行くときに決めていたのがスパーリングで休まない事でした。最初の2本はなんとなく出来ましたが、3本め、4本めは時間が過ぎるのを待つことが多かったです。
やはり体力がないとだめですね。
今年は試合デビューする予定です。いつになるかはわかりません。
ですが、試合を意識しながら少しでも前進できるようにがんばりたいです。
少し、前向きになりました。今日は楽しかったです。メンバーとも少しずつ打ち解けてきて、別の意味でも楽しくなってきました。
次はいつ行こうかなー。まずは自宅でのトレーニングを欠かさないようにしたいです。
ずっと家でエビの練習をしていた為に、少し練習でもスパーでも若干ですがエビが使えるようになったなーと感じました。
明日からもブラジリアン柔術の動きを意識しながら仕事に励みます。

コツコツ続けたエビの練習が生きてきたようで良かったですね＾＾
確かに大型の選手の方が有利に違いありません。
私も自身より約４０kg重い相手とスパーリングして支えきれずにケガをしました。
無理というか、過信でしょうか・・・
幸い後をひくほどの大ケガでは無かったのですが、大きな相手とやる時は妙な頑張りは禁物です。
関節技に入らてしまった時は、完全に形に入られてしまったり、単に筋力で耐えることしかエスケーププランが無いのであれば、すぐにタップで正解です。試合ならまだしも、稽古でケガするのが一番嫌ですよね。
道場内の稽古と試合では全く違います。
もちろん緊張感もありますが、相手の選手もこちらがどんな選手か分かりませんから、同じように怖いはずです。
極められるチャンスは遠慮なく一気に極めにきます。
白帯どおしでお互い気持ちに余裕は有りませんから、そこにケガさせないように…なんて配慮を感じることはなかなか有りません。
スタミナのロスもいつも以上に激しくなりますから、試合を意識して稽古に打ち込むことは大切ですよね＾＾
私も今年は体調次第で試合出場を目指しています。
